We are two guys from Vienna and we had a conference in Osaka. As we love to eat and cook, we found Yoshikos cooking class in the internet.
It has been such a great experience! Yoshiko picked us up at the station and brought us to her lovely house. We found everything very well prepared and started cooking 8 simple but delicious Japanese dishes.
Even though we are experienced cooks and already had some experience with Japanese cuisine, we learned a lot of new and very practical things concerning ingredient, preparation and simplification of the cooking procedures.
The result was great and we had wonderful lunch and a very nice conversation with Yoshiko and her daughter. It has been one of the best of our many great experiences in Japan and when we are again in Osaka, we will visit Yoshiko again to learn more!
