First of all thank you to Yoshiko for having us and spending her morning with us, we had a great time and talked about the cooking class throughout, and after our Japan trip (even the secret 3 min. trick J ).
Me and my brother got in contact with Yoshiko a month before we went to Osaka, and there was no problem setting up the cooking class. On the day of the class Yoshiko picked us up at the train station. We had an excellent time with Yoshiko and was cooking within half an hour of arriving, after a short run through of the recipe. We really liked the fact that everything was happening in Yoshiko’s and her families house, a rare chance to get invited inside a private home in Japan. The cooking went easy, and had focus on easy everyday cooking, that you can actually get into when you are back home.
We highly recommend Yoshiko’s cooking class – great experience
