The whole experience was perfect. The lesson was relaxed and pleasant. I learned so much. I really appreciate Yoshiko’s gentle teaching style and cozy, welcoming environment of her kitchen. The wonderful diverse spread of food at the end of felt like Thanksgiving dinner with family! Great times and Great conversation. ( Cyene )
The food was so good, and you also have perfect option. But for this kind of menu with several different ingredients, it will be better if it’s done by less than 2 people so everyone can really understand the process. For bigger group, it will be easier to cook one main dish. ( Thea )
It was so fun and interesting today. A very nice experience to learn and cook the Japanese food in this house. I am looking forward to cook the Okonomiyaki and packed lunch box (Bentou) here too ! Thanks so much! ( Haruka )
