Teriyaki chicken, Steamed vegetable with Miso dressing
Very enjoyable, lots of information about Japanese cuisine and some interesting fusion style dishes. Lots of hand-on experience and tips to prepare food quickly.
Enjoyed being hands on. So you make things to your style but still has unique flavours. I like learning about all the different sauces and dressings.
