Teriyaki salmon was nice.
Very enjoyable. Yoshiko was most generous with time and knowledge. It was a lovely experience to special time in a Japanese home and share some time together. The balance between cooking and scheduling was just right.
My favorite was Tofu gratin .
Learned a lot and tip were excellent.
