Her class are so much fun as soon as I knew I was coming to Japan, just had to book another lesson. It is so much to learn about Japanese ingredients, techniques and methods, and always so much for talking with Yoshiko. Thank you once again for another enjoyable and interesting lesson. I can’t wait to book again in the future!
Every dish was my favorite, and the tofu gratin was the most interesting and different to try. Laura )
