Thank you so much, Yoshiko for taking the time to teach us your amazing cooking skills. I enjoyed it and I love the intimate setting in your own kitchen.
You have a lovely home and thank you for being so hospitable. I would love to learn more of your cooking and maybe I can suggest pictures in your handed ingredients paper so I can compare my presentation to yours but apart from that a very enjoyable experience.
I love all the dishes that were cooked today but my favorite one was the omelette with spinach and Kani-kamaboko and the Okonomiyaki.

It was great experience learning from Yoshiko’s kitchen, letting us learn from her home is very intimate and I feel like the recipes are very easy to cook at home.
It was good to learn simple recipes that we can imitate at home to cook for our friends and family.
Yoshiko was very well prepared for the class and was very helpful with our questions. It’s great to have her personal recipes to bring home with us. She even made us dessert!
Okonomiyaki and marinated whole tomato were my favorite, but the others that we cooked were just as tasty.
