Reading the recipes first was very helpful to understand what we were cooking. I enjoyed cooking the tofu gratin and green peppers. This food we wouldn’t eat in a restaurant, which made is more interesting and exciting.
Teriyaki chicken was yummy. I liked the salmon dish because it had everything together, fish and vegetables. I think this would be good or cook at home.
My favorite dishes were teriyaki chicken, tomato salad, rolled omelet and miso soup.
