Thank you very much for having us at your place.
We found the lesson very insightful. From your sharing of Japanese culture/way of life and Japanese cooking techniques/concepts, we were grateful to learn beyond recipes. Also, it much appreciated you deviated from the lesson plan to accomodate my last-minute request to cook Tamago Yaki.
I hope to you will get more visitors and will recommend you to my friends coming to Kansai. Also suggest you could add these lessons into Tripadvisor’s things-to-do section. It could get more attention, and will also provide an avenue for people looking for the off-the-beaten track travelling experiences in Osaka.
